Welcome to the self-registration page to access the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust learning platform.

To access the platform, please complete our self registration form. This will go to our administration team for approval. Your registration will be approved within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

o   Surname (or family name)

Please provide your National Insurance (NI) number and Professional Registration (if known). Without these, we may not be able to match your training records to your employment record, which could delay updating your compliance status.
